THOMAS JELLEY
FOUNDER
A former lawyer with an M.Sc. in Sustainable Development, I draw on over 15 years international experience in:
corporate sustainability – strategy development and deployment, reporting, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, environmental management, workplace health and wellbeing, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, local community engagement;
thought leadership – in sustainable development, on the future of work, about population ageing, for health and wellbeing;
stakeholder engagement – stakeholder outreach and expert roundtables in Europe, North and South America, India and Singapore, liaising with business executives, not-for-profits, policy makers, across faculties from over 30 universities worldwide.
A dual French and British citizen with connections to Latin America living in the Helsinki, Finland region, I enjoy working in English, French and Spanish.

I am a leadership development professional and former General Counsel (Google UK and Ireland, Onfido). People tend to come to me when they want solution focused, 1:1 dialogue/ coaching, that will turbo charge their thinking and:
Propel them out of feeling "stuck";
Give them clarity on how to handle a professional challenge.
I enjoy supporting those who are out in the world seeking to maximise their positive agency for social and environmental good, be that in their individual career paths or as they serve their organisations and society.
Organisations tend to come to me when they are looking for ideas in moving forward with diversity, equity and inclusion related conundrums. Once we have ideated, I am there to execute the plan either directly myself as a facilitator, trainer, moderator or coach, or in partnership with my wide network of contacts, including our Bright Blu Dot Friends.
A dual Finnish and British citizen living in the Helsinki, Finland region since 2018, I enjoy working in English and Finnish, and also speak French and Spanish .

has excelled as a serial youth community leader and social entrepreneur, he is currently a business analyst and project manager at one of the world’s leading banks (Takunda speaks English, French and Shona). -
Dr. Emi Kyota
is an environmental gerontologist and the founder of Ibasho, an organisation that co-creates community spaces for elders. She is passionate about changing the way we view ageing and building resilient communities (Emi speaks Japanese and English). -
Neil Barrett
brings 10 years experience as global senior vice president for sustainable development in a multinational corporation. He is now an Australian regenerative farmer, edible plant overlooker, cowherd, swineherd and poulterer, dungaree wearer, farmer of purpose, Namoorook custodian, dream curator and world citizen (Neil speaks English). -
Gwenn Lainé
is a capacity development and civil society resilience expert. He brings 17 years experience as an officer in the French Navy, NATO, the EU and in support of government foreign policy. He has delivered projects in conflict areas such as Syria, Somalia and Yemen, enhancing community resilience through locally driven solutions (Gwenn speaks English, French, Swedish, Spanish, Indonesian and Arabic). -
Nina Morange
is a corporate communications expert with 30 years experience at the heart of corporate executive committees and operational teams worldwide. She delivers at the crossroads of strategy and deployment especially in the global energy and natural resources sectors including in relation to corporate responsibility and local community issues (Nina speaks English and French). -
Tony Cooke
has over 25 years executive and non-executive board experience across a variety of sectors with organisations of all sizes and stages in their lifecycle. He is passionate about helping organisations drive transformational change through a more entrepreneurial culture. He holds an MBA in sustainable business and is an Honorary Associate Professor in Sustainability Leadership at the University of Nottingham (Tony speaks English). -
Alice
is a member of the next generation since 2015 with a long standing interest in Bright Blu Dot. She has over 5 years experience of camping in forests and swimming in lakes with a fascination for insects, fish and plants. Alice delivers fresh insights with generosity, empathy and understanding from the precious perspective of someone who may well cherish our wonderful planet into the 22nd century (Alice speaks English, Finnish and French).
